Glad to "see" you again, Keith! You wrote: "I must wear Substack more like a loose-fitting garment and less like a strait-jacket. And so it is that I hereby declare my aspiration (which is not to be confused with a commitment) to become one of those free-spirited Substack virtuosos who posts only when true inspiration strikes." And I absolutely applaud that assertion! It's interesting because I'm actually trying to become more "regimented" with my own Substack (after previously being more of one who posts when "inspiration" strikes). But just like I say with writing (and life): There is no one right way; we have to do what works for us. Sometimes that means stepping back, sometimes that means pivoting, or sometimes it means something completely different. Either way, I always enjoy your insight and wisdom!

Thanks, Jessica...and I couldn't agree more that we need to do away with any concept of "one right way." To me, "right" or "wrong" is more a matter of "is this working for me?" and "does this feel aligned with my values?" Appreciate your insights (always)! 💖

I love your writing style, Keith- &resonate with everything you said esp at the beginning. The endless Substack scroll is no different than any other in its effect-

Thanks so much, Valerie. I love knowing that my words resonated for you, but I don't love that things are what they are. ❤️💔❤️‍🩹

I know that underworld dear friend and the pull, maybe even the temptation, to stay there can be incredibly strong. And it's important to remember that there is beauty in the light too. I must admit it much easier for me to go dark than be in the light. Yet lately, its the light that surprisingly has cradled me. Blessings on this journey, it's a profound one that few agree to take.

Also love your new take on the Pledge Allegiance. Be it a year ago. 💜

Thanks, Julie - I know you have dared to approach the throne of Ereshkigal as an act of intentional pilgrimage and really get it. It's so helpful to know that the light has felt supportive for you as of late. I really do feel a bit like an infant who's just been birthed into a halo of fluorescence these days...but I know that it's likely the light will soften soon. And I'm very grateful for the journey, and grateful to get the benefit of the wisdom of yours...thank you for sharing it so generously with me, friend. 🙏💞🙏💞

Welcome back-ish! Here for all the loosey-goosey weirdness that comes with interacting more authentically with tools and platforms 😊

Loosey-goosey weirdness is my absolute favorite, Hawth! Thanks for being here! 💞

Keith, Welcome backish. I understand your not being completly back. I can imagine that lack of schedule, lack of obligation, comuning with nature, etc felt good. Continue taking care of yourself! Fondly, Michael

Thanks so much, Michael - great to see you here, always! 💞

"Because... choice!" (I can't be the only one here who needed this foundational reminder!)

Thank Mother Earth you won't be *leading* us to where freedom allows for weirdness -

but *dropping* an inspired scribble on us (by surprise! Surprise can be a choice too!) instead!

Here's to newfangled celebrations, co-created inside disillusionment and grief (and one elongated Pluto Return)!

Glad to have you back, brother, whenever you (and we) want to be.

Inspired scribbles says it perfectly, Adam...thanks, brother 💞

I love the sound of freedom! And wearing Substack like a loose-fitting garment. Room to breathe! No revolution without room to breathe and dance. :-)

Thanks, Val - here's to more breathing and dancing for all of us! 😮‍💨💃🕺
